- Since no physical goods are shipped, the concept of โreturnsโ does not apply. Instead, we focus on refunds and cancellations in relation to digital and consulting services.

- If approved, refunds will be processed within 7โ14 business days, depending on the clientโs payment method and banking system.
- In cases of disagreement, we aim to resolve disputes through constructive dialogue before considering external mediation.
7. Global Service Considerations
- Since our services are offered worldwide, clients may experience different refund processing times due to banking regulations, payment gateways, and international transfer systems.
- Payments made in cryptocurrencies or alternative digital methods will be refunded according to the current exchange rate at the time of refund approval, not the original payment date.
- PrimeEdge Solutions is not responsible for additional fees or commissions charged by third-party payment processors or banks.
